Job Description:
  • Perform procurement functions in close coordination with requesting department.

  • Coordination and interaction with management and key stakeholders in US office.

  • Providing support to US office on accounting issues.

  • Liaison with international vendors and suppliers for procurement.

  • Periodic invoicing and follow up with international clients.

  • Preparation and analysis of financial statements and managerial reports.

  • Managing payable, receivables and follow up for timely collections.

  • Preparing, reviewing and submitting electronic reports to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Reconciliation of vendor pass through charges.

  • Processing of leasing transactions, fixed assets capitalization and processing of monthly depreciation calculation, keeping all supporting documents and to ensure compliance with system flow, controls, policies and procedures.

  • Process revenue invoices in Quick Books.

  • Preparation of weekly Bank Reconciliation.

  • Vouching of all payments processed.

  • Any other task assigned by senior management.

Required Skills:
Must be a good Team Player
Knowledge of accounting software Quick Books is a plus point
Willing to work in night (8 PM to 5 Am in the morning)
