| Job Description: |
This position will primarily be involved in leading specific project testing team. Responsibilities include managing a team of tester as well as co-ordinate with PM and QA.
|
| Required Skills: |
- Should be detail oriented and have good analytical skills.
- Very good knowledge of SQA Activities
- Writing Test Cases, test report, Test Plan and Test scripts
- Can perform black box testing.
- Bug tracking and resolution via bug tracking software.
- Strong knowledge of software Testing estimation techniques
- Must have Task and resources management experience
- Good RDBMS concepts
- Good documentation skills/Technical/User Manuals
- Detailed understanding of SDLC (like Waterfall, Agile, RUP and Prototyping) and should be familiar with quality methodologies
- Ability to work well in pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of testing standards and methodologies
- Detailed knowledge of ISO with documentation and CMMi standards
- Good English communication skills
- Must have good leadership skills as well as a Can-Do attitude |
