A leadership role primarily responsible for planning, organizing, leading and delivering projects and programs efficiently and effectively Plans, initiates, leads and monitors company wide programs, initiatives and projects to meet the goals set by the top management Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to ensure clear identification, specification and common understanding of goals and requirements for programs and projects Engages and / or coordinates with relevant stakeholders for project estimation (time, effort, duration) and requirements change management Organizes and manages available resources to meet organizational and project goals and deliver quality products on time and on budget Interface with top management and customers and other external entities on project matters Strives to establish project management best practices within the project management organization Timely identifies, mitigates and reports risks to relevant stakeholders Involved in company wide project resource planning and resource management to ensure timely induction and efficient utilization of resources Maintains a healthy team environment and motivates team members to maintain a high energy and high performance work culture Tracks project progress to deliver quality work product on time Provides regular status updates on assigned projects to management adding clarity and visibility Facilitates in process improvement and establishment of high performance standards |
| Required Skills: |
BCS or an equivalent degree
10+ years experience in Software Engineering with at least 6 year experience in a project management role
Excellent project management and change management profile in a fast pace and challenging work context
Ability to see the big picture with strong business acumen
Excellent relationship management skills
Selected Candidate will be offered 200,000+ salary with company maintained car.
Proven leadership and team skills
Sound knowledge of software engineering methodologies and project management approaches
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
