| Job Description: |
| Summary description The position of Quality Management Representative exists for the purpose of maintaining and initiating improvements in the system as per the requirements included in the international standards for quality management. Duties and responsibilities
- Arrange internal quality audits as per the defined frequency. Present the findings of audit results to the management.
- Maintain follow-up with the auditees in closing the identified audit observations.
- Carry out root cause analysis of the non-conformances identified as a result of customer complaints, repeated mistakes in operations etc.
- Maintain the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standards.
- Ensure that changes in the documentation are effectively communicated to all the designated recipients.
- Co-ordinate with the external auditors during assessment/audit.
- Carry out any other duty as assigned by the superiors.

- Sound knowledge & complete command on 17025 standard & implementation
procedures.
- Excellent written & verbal communication with strong administrative, leadership &
presentation skills. |
