- Be able to write and communicate effectively in English
- Be able to comprehend written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Convey information effectively to others
- Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Make changes to material prepared by other writers or company personal
- Review materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, content, and methods of reproduction
- Study specifications, product s and services to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedures and details, etc.
- Analyze developments to determine need for revisions in previously documented materials and development of new documentation
- Create and update user friendly instructional manuals and user guides for products and services
- Add codes/tags to specification manuals

- Write technical ideas in a simple language an average English reader can understand
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions
