Job Description:

Technical support jobs involve assisting the customer over the phone, via e-mail, or through a remote desktop computer to solve problems and perform diagnostic checks. These specialists must have advanced knowledge of the computer system, anti virus software programs, and they are often required to walk the customer through the problem-solving process.


Required Skills:
Minimum Graduate
Preferably holds degrees in information technology, computer sciences
Candidates must have very strong problem-solving skills, be centered on customer service, consistency, and excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Excellent command over MS Office and internet applications
Typing 35-40 wpm.
Past experience providing telephone and remote technical Support
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software including PCs, laptops, printers and LAN/WAN
Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Win NT, Win2000,XP and Vista) and Microsoft Office products
Experience in a high call volume environment
Experience in usage of internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Experience in installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, over the phone
