Job Description: |
- Contacts clients to discuss SNL products, services provided, and client needs. Sets up training sessions as required.
- Provides training either by Go to meeting demonstrations or via phone consultations for current and new client staff.
- Contacts clients who have not logged into our service in a set time period with goal of re-engagement.
- Assigned projects based on Account Management needs. Projects will be geared towards growing committed user base and usage across our tourist users.
- Identifies new sales and add-ons by learning what the client does and how they use the system.
- Works with various SNL departments to resolve client issues.
- Initiates 200 contacts per week through cold and warm calling and targeted emails.
- Completes other assignments as required and/or assigned.

Required Skills: |
Specific Skills Intermediate level of computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software.
Special knowledge, licenses, etc Good understanding of the finance industry, players, and roles. Continual education through on the job training, professional journals, literature, and attendance at appropriate seminars and conferences.
Abilities Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking. Ability to determine solutions for customers and get the big-picture view of the client from a client relations standpoint. Demonstrated initiative. Organizational effectiveness skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate well and teach over the phone. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients. Ability to collect, analyze and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise presentations and reports. The incumbent should have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain cognizant of deadlines and schedules. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. |
